The following criteria MAY be implemented to ensure a comprehensive evaluation process that aligns with our values and educational philosophy:

Academic readiness appropriate for their grade level demonstrated by previous school records, standardized test scores, and teacher recommendations

Character and Conduct considered through the review of disciplinary records, teacher recommendations, and personal statements

Interview process with student and parents for a better understanding of the applicant's goals, interests and values

English Language Proficiency (for Non-Native Speakers) to assess English language proficiency to ensure the applicant can fully participate in all of our academic programs

Enrolling at PEARL Learning Center is a simple, yet comprehensive process designed to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for prospective students and their families. It begins with an inquiry, where families express their interest, followed by an invitation to attend an informative session and/or campus tour. The formal application involves completing a detailed form and the submission of academic transcripts and recommendations. Depending on the grade level, students may undergo an admissions test or academic assessment, and interviews with both the student and parents provide valuable insights into the student's personality, interests, and the family's values. For certain programs, portfolios or work samples may be requested. Families applying for financial aid complete additional documentation. Following a thorough review, the school notifies families of the admission decision, and accepted students proceed to complete enrollment forms and submit a tuition deposit. An orientation session welcomes new families, providing essential information about the school community and upcoming events. The PEARL application process is a collaborative journey, reflecting our commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for every student.

February 1st, 2025 - Application Process opens for the 2025-26 School Year

August 15th, 2025 - Registration closes for the upcoming school year (with half the first month's tuition due upon submission to reserve your child's enrollment)

September 5th, 2025 - Tuition for the month of September is due in full
